This eco house was designed to allow the internal spaces to flow outside to the patio and garden maximising south facing glazing. It includes designer kitchen and bathrooms, polished concrete floors, a polished concrete kitchen island, and grey micro cement walls in the hallway leading up the staircase. A wood burning stove provides a focal point in the spacious open plan area along with underfloor heating which works in tandem with an air source heat pump which also provides the hot water.
